APPLICATION PROCESS
An application for purchase must be submitted for consideration by the LBA Board. Submitted applications will be processed and posted to the public for a minimum of 30 days and scheduled for the next Land Bank meeting. A non-refundable 10% down payment is required for all approved applications. If interested in applying for a property, click "Apply for this Property" in the top upper right. You must create an account to submit your applications. Please note: Most all parcels were taken in through the tax foreclosure process and do not have a clear marketable title. You will likely need to work with an attorney to assist you with clearing the title on properties purchased through the land bank. Please inquire about this process.
